Jose R. Cepero-Chang is an Enrolled Agent and honors graduate of Florida International University, where he earned his Bachelor of Accounting, cum laude. He’s passionate about helping business owners and individuals take the stress out of taxes and accounting — so they can focus on what they do best: growing their business.
In 2020, Jose was honored with a scholarship from the Florida Institute of CPAs for his outstanding academic performance and commitment to the accounting field. After graduation, he gained valuable hands-on experience working with Kaufman Rossin, one of Florida’s top accounting firms, where he supported clients with complex tax and financial needs.
Today, Jose specializes in tax resolution, helping clients resolve IRS issues with clarity and confidence. As an Enrolled Agent, he’s federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS and brings that same level of professionalism and care to every service he provides — from tax preparation and business accounting to payroll and bookkeeping.
Through his network of trusted professionals in insurance, finance, and law, Jose offers business owners a complete, well-rounded approach to financial management. His goal is simple: to make accounting clear, reliable, and personal — so every client feels supported year-round, not just during tax season.
